Mario R. These brackets and light combo are the best purchase if you are looking to keep the lights "inboard" for a sleek side rail. There are other bracket and light combos that you can attach to the rack but most of them are "outboard" and can easily break or get banged up from being in that position. The bracket comes with hardware only to mount it to the rack, the baja rock light comes with hardware to attach to the bracket; save yourself time and buy it as a bundle. Overall happy with this bracket light combo
