Blaze Offroad Light Bar Wiring Harness
We hear it all the time "I hate wiring." We don't think you actually do. You hate going to wire something up and getting a complicated mess of a universal harness that is bulky, far too long, and doesn't fit your application. You hate not having the ultra specific wiring tools and resources needed to build or modify your harness to work for your application.
With the Blaze Off-Road x Sherpa Equipment Company roof rack harness, wiring your light bar is easier than ever.
Features:
- Lifetime Warranty
- Labeled pigtails for easy wire identification
- Built specifically for switching systems and upfitter switches
- USA designed and built using the highest quality components available
- Designed for easy, DIY install - No cutting, splicing, or soldering required
Do I Need Ring Terminals, or Flying Leads?
We know this selection can cause confusion, but promise it is super simple and easy!
Ring Terminals: Many Switching Systems on the market use screws to hold ring terminals down as the connection to the harness. If that is the case for you, select ring terminals.
- Garmin PowerSwitch
- SPOD Bantam-X
- SwitchPros with a terminal block bracket
- Some Aux Beam style units
Flying Leads: Flying leads simply means that we will leave your wire un-terminated. This way you can connect the wire straight to another wire, or a wire crush style connection.
- Factory Upfitters
- Diode Dynamics D-Switch
- SwitchPros wire-to-wire connection
- Some Aux Beam style units that do not use ring terminals.
Easy Install
Our harnesses are designed to be as DIY friendly as possible. Simply plug them into your lights, then connect them to your switching system.
No cutting, no splicing, no soldering, no confusion.
Reliability above all
You will not find a better built harness in the offroad industry. That is because we use ONLY the highest quality components, tools, and processes every step of the way.
Quality Components: With the vast majority of our components being sourced straight from the aerospace industry, they are built to last in the toughest of conditions.
Quality Tools: We use tools from brands like DMC, Komax, Schillinger, and more to ensure the most reliable crimps possible, every step of the way.
Quality Processes: Once again, we went straight to the professional motorsports and aerospace industries to design and build our harnesses. So every crimping process that we use is designed to last in the harshest of environments.
No Tools Needed
Okay, that's a lie; you need a basic screwdriver for your switching system's terminals.
BUT, no crimping, splicing, cutting, or soldering required! We handle 100% of the harness assembly and wiring for you before your order ever leaves our warehouse.
USA Made
To us you have to earn the right to say USA Made, Made In America, or any other version of this saying, by actually using 100% American made components, while doing 100% of your assembly here. One or the other is not enough.
That is why we are committed to using American made wire, heat shrink, splices, terminals, connectors, seals, pins, and so on. Not one component is overlooked in our quest for excellence in American manufacturing.
Lifetime Warranty
All Blaze Off-Road harnesses come with a limited lifetime warranty, subject to inspection, customer use case, and other factors.
Key Harness Info:
Amperage Restrictions: The customer is responsible for calculating the total amperage of their lights to make sure they will work with their switching system. We can look into this for you, but we need you to reach out ahead of time; otherwise, your harness will ship designed to work with a standard #8 ring terminal switching system.
For higher amperage bars (such as the 40" and 50" OnX6), we can custom build the harness with one of our high amp relay kits. You, the customer, are responsible for letting us know what switching system you will be using if you would like us to advise you on amperage limits and relay requirements.
Harness Modification: Blaze Off-Road and Sherpa Equipment Company are not responsible for any mis installation or over-cutting of harnesses if modified. If you choose to modify a harness, PLEASE measure twice and cut once. There will be no refunds on modified or damaged harnesses.
