Dan The hardware provided when buying ONLY spare hardware was visibly and functionally worse than hardware provided with mounts, racks, etc. Out of 10 spares purchased, 2 of the screws were unusable due to the head of one screw being stripped (couldn't turn with a hex wrench) and the threads on another screw were damaged beyond use. The rest of the hardware was clearly not from the same pile that the product hardware comes from, but the prices for them are competitive as long as they work. This is maybe a $2 problem, but it surprised me since sherpa has had excellent QC with the rest of the products I have.
