Refund policy

 

WARRANTY

SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY will warranty all products produced by SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY for the LIFETIME of the product. Products will only be warrantied if installed in accordance with SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY installation guidelines. Any modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, by said customer voids all warranty eligibility. It is the sole discretion of SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY to determine warranty eligibility. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.


SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY reserves the right to remedy defects in workmanship or materials in one of two ways.

  1. Sherpa Equipment Company will issue replacements components to the customer that deems defective or inconsistent with the quality of its brand.

  2. Sherpa Equipment Company will elect to issue the customer a full or partial refund for the defects or damages of the product.


This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, or products used for racing/competition. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of powder-coated products. SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY is not responsible for defects that are not in control of Sherpa Equipment Company such as, trail damage, overloading, incorrect assembly, or poor maintenance practices. SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY is not responsible for defects or damage to products manufactured by other vendors and sold through Sherpa Equipment Company.

REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND (AS DETERMINED BY SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY) IS A PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL DAMAGE TO A PURCHASER’S VEHICLE, CARGO AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS EXCLUDED.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders may be canceled for a full refund within seven business days of being placed, provided the order has not yet shipped. After seven business days, all canceled orders will incur a 10% fee. Once a product has left our facility, it will fall under our terms established in our return policy. A partial or full refund will be issued and the customer will be notified through email.

RETURN POLICY

Purchases made at SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY may be returned up to 10 days after receiving your order. After 10 days, all non-warranty-related returns are at the sole discretion of SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY. All returned products must be in new condition and include original packaging and all hardware. If a product has been installed, modified, customized, or otherwise used in any way, it is not eligible for a return.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, in addition to a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. No return requests will be accepted more than 6 months from the date of purchase.


All items will be inspected upon their return. If the item is found not to be in new, resaleable condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% will apply. Once reviewed, your refund will be processed.
