Industry leading premium roof rack systems
The PEAK series is the go to for a premium aluminum roof rack. It is the line that Sherpa built its name on and for years its carried the gear of the most extreme adventurers. We have always believed in the constant evolution of our products, building the toughest systems on the market. From our industry leading alloys, to our uncompromising mounts with rubber seals, you will always Adventure with Confidence.

Manufactured in Colorado with precision laser cut 1/4" aluminum sideplates formed with CNC accuracy by our team of professionals. We have created a very stout mounting structure, secured with stainless steel hardware that will keep your gear where you need it.

We know the importance of mounting all of your goodies on your rig. With the PEAK Series, you have the ability to mount just about anything, anywhere. With slots and holes all over, and our line of accessories, you’ll never find yourself wishing you could mount something.

Strength is built into our brand and the PEAK System is what we built our name on. Using the best in materials and hardware, you can beat on this system every weekend and trust it to show up to work on Monday. All backed by our Lifetime Warranty, just in case you get a little too western.

Shorter to fit your light bar
This is option is a few inches shorter so that there is room for your light bar behind your fairing. Pair this with our light bar brackets and it will form a cut off line to reduce light wash on your hood.

Smooth face to deflect more air
Don't have a light bar? Not a problem! The Full Fairing is for you. This will make sure that you are deflecting all of the air around your rack. You can always upgrade later if needed!

dont spend the money on these racks.
theres absolutely no reason these racks should be $1500-$2k not including shipping. this is the type of quality I would expect from a cheap Amazon Chineseum rack not someone who boasts being made proudly in the American Rockies blah blah blah. Against my better judgement I bought a bundle for a black friday deal and every step of the process has been a let down but I trusted the reviews about how sturdy and well made they are. they are not. flimsy aluminum that feels more like injection molded plastic and whatever coating they put on these comes pre-peeling and chipped out of the box so they rust so thats cool. what makes it better is their "lifetime" warranty specifically doesnt include the poder coating. I dont care about fancy cnc milled logos I want a rack that works and doesnt make me nervous driving around with. im now wondering if all the "4x4 influencers" were just paid or given a free rack to say how awesome they are. I am not confident at all that this will hold onto my roof with any sort of load or a 270 awning and it doesnt even look like its specifically made for a sequoia more like modified to work on a sequoia. sherpa AI customer service chat bot loves to say things like "should be" or "usually" which is not reassuring that this thing isnt going to end up sending my stuff flying down the interstate. I should have just kept my stock bars and built my own rack and saved $1500. dont even think about trying to return it either their policy makes it not worth it to even try.
Easy install, fits great, looks great
Ordered The Needle for my 23 TRD ORP. Everything was packed nicely and parts felt high quality except one little snag.
4/5 crossbars only had threads on one side. As I had started this on Saturday I couldn’t get in contact to resolve the issue. I emailed and Zach had responded on Monday morning and my new bars got in Tuesday around noon.
Great customer service and great product. You can’t go wrong with these guys, overall great first impression quality control aside.
All I can say is impressive. Great build quality, nice powder coat. Exactly what i was looking for. Fit my leer topper perfect. I would recommend if your looking for a well built strong rack. Easy install completed it by myself in a couple hours.
Super solid roof rack, paired this with the pak system bed rack and they look great together
