The best Roof Racks
Sherpa premium rack systems
Your rig shouldn't bleed rust down the paint after a rainy season. We include premium, stainless steel hardware with every single rack so your setup looks as good on Day 1,000 as it did on Day 1.
We don’t use heavy, rust-prone steel. Every Sherpa rack is precision-cut from premium aluminum alloy. You are getting a lightweight, incredibly rigid foundation built to handle the trail.
Our custom crossbar extrusions feature drop-in T-nut channels, giving you limitless options to mount gear, boxes, and lights exactly where you want them. Build your system, your way.
Let's Talk Load Rating
You’re looking at a 2,000 lb car on our roof rack. So, why do we list a conservative dynamic load rating?
We care more about your safety than marketing jargon.
Competitors inflate their dynamic load numbers just to sell racks. We list realistic limits because we know firsthand that a top-heavy truck on a cambered off-road trail is a massive safety risk.
Our racks are over-engineered with thicker alloys and stronger mounts—clearly capable of holding a car—but we will always prioritize safe handling over a spec sheet.

We are a small team in Colorado, not a call center overseas. If you are missing a bolt or have a fitment issue —you get a solution. We prioritize active install issues above new sales because we know your truck is waiting.
