Because we care more about your safety than a spec sheet.
Competitors inflate their numbers to sell racks. We list realistic limits because we know that a top-heavy truck on a cambered trail is a safety risk. Our racks are over-engineered with thicker alloys and stronger mounts, but we will always value safe handling over marketing jargon.
I have tried multiple rack systems over the years and this is the only rack that truly gives me no problems. The weight it can hold is par none. The ability to take the doors and roof off and still carry my kayaks and surfboards or even tent is amazing. I recommend this rack over any other rack to everyone.
