We created the QDHD for those who need maximum strength over everything else, which requires drilling directly into the roll cage.

Mounting point dictates capacity. The QDHD anchors directly to the Jeep’s internal steel roll cage, allowing the vehicle’s frame to handle massive weight. The Peak Series clamps directly to the factory fiberglass rain gutters. Because hardtop gutters aren't engineered for heavy forces, the Peak's rating is intentionally capped to protect your hardtop from cracking.
