OFFICIAL RULES: Sherpa Equipment Co. Monthly $500 Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Sherpa Equipment Co., located at 1005 N 2nd St, Berthoud, CO 80513 ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Sweepstakes is an ongoing monthly promotion beginning on September 16, 2026. Each monthly entry period begins on the 1st calendar day of the month and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (MT). (The inaugural entry period runs from September 16, 2026, to September 30, 2026).

4. HOW TO ENTER:

  • Email Subscription (Free Entry): Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by subscribing to the Sponsor’s marketing email newsletter via the pop-up or sign-up form on the Sponsor’s website (sherpaec.com).

  • Existing Subscribers: All eligible individuals who are actively subscribed to the Sponsor’s email list at the time of the monthly drawing will automatically receive one (1) entry into that month’s drawing.

  • Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address per month. Unsubscribing from the email list prior to the drawing date will void your entry.

5. PRIZE DETAILS: Each month, one (1) winner will receive a $500.00 (USD) Sherpa Equipment Co. digital gift card.

  • The gift card does not expire.

  • The gift card may be combined with other store discounts or promotional codes.

  • The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about the 1st day of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries (active email subscribers) at the time of the drawing.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING PRIZE: The potential winner will be notified via the email address used to subscribe to the Sponsor's list. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial contact. If the potential winner fails to respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS & TAXES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected email, or for technical failures of any kind.
