What is the warranty on Sherpa Equipment Company products?
All Sherpa Equipment Company products include a limited lifetime structural warranty for the original retail purchaser. This covers defects in workmanship and materials when the product is installed according to our guidelines. It does not cover powder-coat finishes, trail damage, racing use, or third-party products.
What is the return policy for unmounted gear?
You can return new, unused, and unmounted products within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products that have been installed, modified, or customized are not eligible for a return.
How do you ship your overland equipment?
We ship our products directly to customers via standard freight and ground services. We also offer local pickup at our manufacturing facility in Greeley, Colorado, and sell through a nationwide network of authorized dealers.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
You can cancel your order for a full refund within seven business days of placement, provided the gear has not yet shipped. Orders canceled after seven business days incur a 10% cancellation fee.
